#in2010 You Have The Right To Be You

If our lives are like kaleidoscopes, many of us spend a great deal of time and energy attempting to create the perfect picture — colors and shapes all exactly as we like them — and then want to set the resultant work of art in a place of honor, never to be moved again. Now we’ve finally got it right. Then, Crash! Bang! Life has a habit of bumping into our carefully constructed masterpiece, jarring it into a totally different image. - Sue Patton

This year don’t overburden yourself, for it’s not your responsibility to control everyone and everything.

  • Time isn’t an excuse.
  • Smile often.
  • Pick up a really, really good book.  My ‘09 win was one of Barbara Marciniak’s: Family of Light
  • Retweet for charity : )
  • Explore your resistance and learn from it.
  • Experience and really pay attention to your feelings.
  • Move through anger into understanding
  • Have the courage to ask for support when you need it.
  • Have a great sense of humor : D
  • Bump negativity off the agenda
  • Above all, embrace your imperfections.

I’m free to be me!
